FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Outsourcing the finance role makes sense for start ups.

 

Most start ups can not afford a full time finance/accounting person, let alone department.  However, setting up your company properly from a financial perspective on day one is critical.  Some start ups limp along by getting unqualified people to do their books, and later spend enormous sums later on to clean up the mess.  We should know since we have cleaned some of them up.  We can help set up your entity, set up your books, write policies and procedures, and make sure that you are in compliance with all the laws.  Financial statements, budgets, projections, and cash management are a given, so let us prepare and handle them for you.  Part-time or interim roles can be filled including controller and CFO.

AUDIT PREPARATION
Do you have an upcoming audit?  Are you under resourced?
 
When you are juggling many operational finance tasks, then adding the annual audit preparation to your plate may just be too much.  Not only can we prepare the schedules on the auditors' PBC list, but we can manage the audit for you, draft the financial statements, and write supporting memos as needed. 
Audits can be stressful, but with an experienced advocate on your side, the process can be less taxing.  As your hands-on partner we will serve as an extension of your management team, providing audit preparation guidance and expertise to give you peace of mind.
